A Neighborhood Starts With a Bigger Picture
Batavia Township • Greater Cincinnati • New Communities
What makes a neighborhood feel like a place you want to stay? It might be a familiar face along your morning walk, a gathering place close to home, or the ability to find a home that fits your next chapter.
That vision is at the heart of Stonelick Ridge, a planned residential community on Ross Road in Batavia Township, east of Cincinnati. With a mix of home styles, generous green space, and shared amenities, the community is being planned around the connections between homes and the people who live in them.
For Zenios Group, the project brings our experience in community planning and land development into focus in Southwest Ohio.

Room for Different Chapters
The plans outlined in Batavia Township’s Stonelick Ridge project overview encompass approximately 425 acres, with about 182 acres of green space.
Planned housing includes patio homes, single-family homes, townhomes, and estate homes. That variety creates opportunities for people with different space needs and preferences to find their place within the same community.
It is an approach that considers how housing needs change over time, from finding more room to choosing a home with less to maintain.

Shared Spaces That Bring People Together
Planned amenities include pools, clubhouses, pocket parks, and more than five miles of walking trails. Together, these spaces are intended to make recreation and connection part of everyday life.
The vision is easy to picture: an evening walk through the neighborhood, time at the pool, or a weekend gathering with neighbors. Giving these experiences a place in the community plan helps shape how the neighborhood will feel as it grows.
Experience That Begins Beneath the Surface
Creating a community takes careful work long before the first residents arrive. Roads, utilities, drainage, streetscapes, and public improvements provide the foundation for everything that follows.
Zenios Group’s experience spans land acquisition, development, construction, and property management. Our work at Evans Farm in Lewis Center reflects that broader perspective, bringing homes, businesses, recreation, and gathering places into a connected neighborhood.
That experience informs how we approach new development: consider the whole community, plan for its long-term needs, and work with the partners responsible for bringing it to life.
