If you apply to rent a property managed by Zenios Properties or Evans Farm Property Management, we may collect additional information required to process your application, which may include date of birth, employment and income information, rental history, and identification details. Credit and background screening is performed through third-party providers under their own privacy policies and with your authorization.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and similar usage data through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from real estate portals, lead-generation partners, mortgage lenders, title companies, and public records, consistent with applicable law.
